BUT DID YOU KNOW?? The original Pontiac Banshee concept, code-named XP-833, was developed by John DeLorean's team starting in 1964, unveiled to GM executives in mid-1965, but ultimately shelved by GM leadership that same year, fearing it would compete with the Corvette. Subsequent Banshee concepts, including the Banshee III (1974) and Banshee IV (1988), followed, with the latter influencing later Pontiac designs like the Trans Am. Will PONTIAC be back?? Something tells us that BADASSERY is BREWING...
